Key Responsibilities: Source commercial vehicle drivers (3W/4W or heavy vehicle) as per company requirements. Visit driver hubs, stands, transport unions, and local spots to generate leads. Prior experience in field recruitment, logistics, or blue-collar hiring is a plus. Strong network and local area knowledge (driver routes, hubs, etc.). Comfortable with field work and daily travel. Basic smartphone and app-handling skills. Good communication and convincing skills in local/regional languages.
